Thanx to Mark Trehus for images & encouragement.
Should I include the Jimmy Bowman and Cyril Paul LPs here? It has been suggested, but I’m not convinced they’re very ‘collectible’.
Rio Nido, Wolverines, and Butch Thompson records are not included- are there any that should be on this list? Doc Evans had a lot of releases on the Audiophile label which I’ll skip here. Bobby Lyle went onto big things via Atlantic, Capitol, more- those won’t be included either. Skitch Henderson lived and played in Northern Minnesota while growing up, skipping all of the Skitch. Herb Pilhofer’s big-label records (Argo and Atlantic) will be left out here also.
I’m gonna add Jimmy Bowman’s “Sings Bobby Williams” Lp to the list. How about the rest?
You need to add “Let them All Come” by Pat Moriarty and Phil Hey 1977 Private Press on Min records. 1000 pressed.
I’m looking for copies of the Whole Earth Rainbow Band Lps; any tips?
Cheers
James
James,
I’m sold out, sorry.
-Johnny
No problem. Thanks for letting me know
You should still include Let them all come in your list though, its a great record.
It’s on there now! Thanx for the tip.
The HALL BROTHERS– are they from Minnesota? Should I include their records here?
